Where are you based?

A. We are located in Irlam, Manchester but cover a wide area (North West and beyond).

How can I arrange an appointment?

A. Give us a call on 0161 478 2925 or use the email address on the contacts page and we can arrange a convenient time to meet. You can visit us instore or we can come to you.

Do you do evening and weekend appointments?

A. Yes, evenings and weekend appointments available please see contact us page for opening times

Do you charge for a consultation?

A. No, initial consultations are free. If you require a second consultation then there will be a charge for that. However, most couples would then pay for my services and all consultations are included in the fee.

Where will the consultation be held?

A. We prefer to hold them at the boutique as couple's can see what other service's we can offer, however we are more than happy to visit a couple's home.


My reception venue has a wedding coordinator; do I still need to hire a wedding planner?

A Yes! There are many venue in-house coordinators who do a great job managing the venue but it isn't there job to assist you with all the details that go along with planning your wedding. When in doubt, just ask them what services they will be providing for you. Also we find that in-house coordinators work for the venue, not the bride and groom.

Can I speak to past clients?

A. Yes of couse, we can provide both written and verbal references to past weddings coordinated, we can also show you photos of past events.

What if i book you and you are too ill on the day to help?

A. Noone can guarantee that illness wont stop a service, however, there are 3 of us that work for All Wrapped Up Events so you are always covered.

Do you provide a contract?

A. Yes we do. This is so you know we will do what you are paying us to do and also that you will pay us for the services we carry out for you.


How do you decide which suppliers to use, do you take commission?

If we cannot offer you all services under one roof then the other supplier's we will recommend (unless advertised instore) do not pay us commission, if they do we will notify you where possible any savings we make are always passed on to our clients.

Are you insured?

A. Yes, we hold both personal liability and professional indemnity insurance, copy certificate available on request.


I'm not sure what level of service I require - can you still help?

A. Of Course! At the consultation we will discuss all your plans and what you think you require help with. Depending on how far along the planning process you are will help determine which service you require.
